The Core SWX Powerbase Edge provides the same amount of power as the Powerbase 70 but is 30% smaller making it more portable and versatile. Designed for the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K, the EDGE can power a camera using the8v port at the base, that connects directly to your BMPCC4K using a dummy LP-E6 housing. The Edge also sports 2 5v USB ports, enabling you to power gear on the fly, such as lights or monitors.
The EDGE has an integrated LCD screen, accurately displaying the remaining runtime of your battery down to the minute, and features a button operated back light for clear viewing in dark conditions. With a range of different attachment options, the battery can be mounted using a 1/4-inch thread direct to a tripod or using a detachable quick release plate directly onto the base of the camera. It also has a standard V-Mount option, which allows it to seamlessly integrate into professional cine setups.
