Broadcast to the cloud or a CDN right from your ENG or cine camera with the Prism Mobile 857 HEVC/AVC Video Encoder with Dual 4G LTE from Teradek. This compact encoder can mount directly onto your camera and provides 12G-SDI and HDMI 2.0 inputs and multiple transmission output options that support high-resolution video up to 10-bit 4K HDR 4:2:2 with stereo or 5.1 surround sound. It supports high-quality, low-latency HEVC/H.265 and AVC/H.264 streams via cloud applications such as Teradek Core or RTMP/RTSP/SRT to servers and CDNs. The output options include two internal 4G LTE modems with dual switchable SIM slots (service plans sold separately), external Node modems via USB, cellular phones, Ethernet, or Wi-Fi networks. It supports bonding with any combination of streaming outputs up to a total of nine networks. You can also record your stream onto an SD card using the internal SD card slot. Management options include the OLED display, a web UI via LAN or Wi-Fi, and there is a Prism App for iOS that also provides configuration and control options. The unit is powered via a 2-pin power input or via the included V-mount battery plate to provide power via a separately available professional V-mount battery. It can be mounted onto a camera or cage using its 1/4"-20 mounting threads.
Where additional coverage is needed in more challenging environments, Prism Mobile is capable of adding an external Node II modem using the Teradek 24in 5pin To 5pin USB Cable.
